Real humans read every email. We aim to reply within two working days. Pick the right address below so it lands with the right person first time.
We are a small UK team and prefer email to forms — it gets to the right person faster, leaves a clean paper trail and means you can attach screenshots if something has gone wrong on the site.
Whatever you're getting in touch about — a general question, an editorial correction, a privacy or UK GDPR request, partnership or press enquiry, or a suggestion — send it to the address below. We aim to reply to everything within two working days.
[email protected]When emailing, please include the URL of any specific page you are referring to. For privacy requests under UK GDPR (data access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection or consent withdrawal), include the wording "GDPR request" in the subject line so we route it correctly. We do not require you to verify your identity for general enquiries, but we may ask you to do so for data subject requests.
CompareFlights.co.uk is a comparison and information service — we do not sell flights, take payments or hold reservations. If your question is about an existing booking, please contact the airline or booking site you completed your purchase with.
For formal correspondence — legal notices, regulatory enquiries, accountancy or supplier paperwork — please write to the registered office of our parent company.
For privacy or routine business questions, email is significantly faster than post. We do not have a public-facing customer service phone line — keeping overheads low is part of how we keep the site free to use.
Day-to-day editorial work — advice articles, route guides and airport pages — is led by Louisa Lowe, a Cheshire-based UK writer with twenty-plus years' experience covering travel and consumer journalism.
Technical build, partnerships and the editorial standard the site is held to are overseen by Stephen Adds, founder of TheMediaFlow Ltd. See the About page for the full operating background.
For security vulnerability reports — XSS, broken access controls, exposed data, anything that puts a user at risk — please email [email protected] with the subject line "Security report" and steps to reproduce. We will triage within one working day. We do not currently run a paid bug-bounty programme but we will publicly credit reporters who follow responsible disclosure.
For copyright or trademark complaints, email the same address with the subject line "Copyright complaint", a description of the disputed material and the URL. We respond to legitimate notices promptly.
